The neighbourhood is peaceful and the apartment looks out towards Royal William Yard, with trendy restaurants, shops and galleries. Plymouth city centre is just 15 minutes walk. There is also a bus stop to the rear of the building on Cremyll street. The Cremyll ferry is also just a minutes walk away.
