“The decor of the house is amazing. Really well executed. Required an extra night due to my shift changing and Andrea was happy to oblige and fast at replying. Bed is super comfy. Thought of essentials, salt, oil, foil etc.”

Situated on the outskirts of Wakefield, Pontefract and Barnsley, this property suits for locating to nearby towns. The villa is a large two double bedroom property, tastefully decorated and furnished for a comfortable stay, whether that be for contractors, visiting family and friends or a holiday to enjoy what our beautiful town has to offer.

Neighbourhood information

Royston is a village which contains enough shops/cafes/supermakets that you wouldn't need to venture far for supplies. Barnsley town centre is a ten minute drive away which has recently been developed to include a state of art shopping centre, bars, restaurants, Nando’s, bowling alley and much more. There’s plenty to do in the local area.
