Porth Nanven Cottage is a beautiful single story cottage set in a magical rural valley near St Just and the coast. Set in the Far West of Cornwall, the cottage sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with footpaths in every direction easily accessible from your front door. The cottage is found at the end of a rural track with just one other property (the owners) next door. There is parking for one car and a second by arrangement. To the right of the front door is the hallway leading down to the two bedrooms. At the far end is a double bedroom with large king sized, very comfortable bed and ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, basin, towel rail and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom with full sized bath with shower over, basin, WC and towel rail. The kitchen is newly refurbished and contains plenty of cupboards for storage, a large retro style fridge / freezer, range style oven, washing machine and dishwasher. At the end of the cottage is a large open plan sitting and dining area; the first section is a sitting area with large comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen smart TV; at the far end is a glazed, conservatory style area with dining table, further sofa and arm chair and patio doors leading to the garden. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with beautiful flower beds and views over the valley; opposite the front door is a further gravelled area with garden table, chairs and BBQ. The owners live next door to the cottage so are on hand to help if needed but will leave you to y our own devices if you prefer. They have a beautiful vegetable garden and orchard up behind the cottage so guests are encouraged to pick their own during the growing season.

Cot Valley is a stunning valley within easy walking distance of St Just, in the Far West of Cornwall. The valley itself leads to the coast and a small cove - Porth Nanven Cove; this is mainly made up of incredible ovoid boulders but has sand at low tide. Its a bit of a locals secret so rarely gets overly busy. St Just is a vibrant and eclectic town with a range of independent shops and cafes; you can buy everything you need from St Just but if you prefer the larger supermarkets can be found in Penzance, 15 minutes away by car. Nearby beaches include the famous surfing beach at Sennen, Gwenver next to Sennen is dog friendly all year round and a little further afield Porthcurno beach with the incredible Minack Theatre perched above. The whole area is incredible and you will find a wide range of things to do and to explore.
