Property information

You won't forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. 'Rusty' is a beautiful one of a kind shepherd's hut that was built with love and care. New this year, she has recently been transformed into a charming four bed snug, she has a dining table with bench seats, a bathroom with a shower & toilet, a kitchen with a microwave oven & 2 ring electric hob and all the cooking essentials you'll need. Outside she has her own private garden with a BBQ, table & chairs overlooking fields.

Neighbourhood information

We have an excellent location with public footpaths and a national cycle route on our doorstep. There is regular bus service every 15 minutes that can take you in to Chichester or down to Selsey Sea front. We have Pagham RSPB Nature Reserve within 10 minutes drive and the Witterings are 15 minutes away. Our local pub is a 2 minute walk and the Crab and Lobster Restaurant on Sidlesham Quay is a 5 minute drive (we recommend booking ahead). If you're looking for somewhere quiet with lots of nature on your doorstep, this is the place for you.
