A warm welcome to our family owned Caravan on Butlins Skegness. This lovely 3 bedrooms caravan is sited on a quiet plot only 5 mins walk to main resort. Caravan sleeps up to 8. This is a Pet friendly caravan. We charge extra to bring you pet with you. Please contact us if you would like to know more about this Garden furniture and varandah. We also have in this caravan a washing machine Central heated and double glazed. All modern cons, Smart Tvs, and Netflix. PlayStation and Board games for the family to enjoy. Sorry, no smoking allowed in our caravan. Bedding and wifi are extra if needed. We also charge refundable security bonds, which are refunded immediately after your holiday if the caravan is left as seen. PLEASE NOTE each booking will include 4 Butlins entertainment passes. if you are more than 4 in your family, then you have a choice of adding extra passes for each guest with extra cost. We also charge a security deposit to secure your booking. This is to be paid directly to us as soon as you have booked the caravan. This bond is refunded directly to you after your holiday. This is a family caravan. Please treat it with respect. Please bring your own bedlinens or order a linen pack for a small fee. Please note: 4 Butlins Entertainment passes are included with each booking. extra passes can be added for an extra cost if required. We follow Butlins Monday to Friday booking or Friday to Monday booking. Only book if you agree to start your holiday either from Monday or from Friday, please. thank you
