A two bedroomed chalet that is pet friendly and it has unlimited Wifi. Free passes for entry to the Oasis Club show bar and Swimming Pool are included. Electric is not included in your booking price and so coins are needed for the electric meter. The chalet has a key lock box entry system and you will be sent a code shortly before your arrival. There is a smart tv and dvd player with a large selection of Dvds for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped including an air fryer, kettle microwave, stove, fridge and toaster. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. Bedroom 2 now has two single beds. This room also has a chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. All duvets, pillows and bed linen is included for your booking. Please note only booked guests are allowed to stay and no tents, gazebos etc are permitted outside the chalet or other public area. No towels or tea towels are supplied. The covered terrace area has a gated fence and has 2 chairs and a table. The patio area has a larger table with 4 chairs.

Dogs allowed but restricted to 1 large dog or 2 small dogs are welcome to stay free of charge but please contact host to advise if you wish to bring your dog (please note that XL Bully dogs are not allowed on the site and so cannot be brought to chalet).

Only a 10 minute stroll to the amazing California Sands, Scratby, beach that is dog friendly year round (please keep your dog on a lead on the chalet park). It is the perfect place for a bucket and spade relaxing holiday or you can join the Norfolk Coastal path for a scenic walk. Free passes are now included for use in the on site Oasis indoor heated swimming pool (max 5 people for one session per day). Free passes are included for the California Sands Oasis Club that has regular live entertainment, bingo and a childrens entertainment hour - check online to see scheduled activities. Within the club there is a competitively priced bar as well as the Big Fellas Restaurant. On site you will also find a mini supermarket, fish and chips and pizza takeaways, cafe, amusement arcade and a launderette. New in 2023 is a crazy mini golf course (local fees apply). A few minutes away on the Sunbeach site next door you can use the Duchy Bar and this also has live entertainment and dining. This is the perfect location to explore Norfolk with Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads all within a short drive or use the bus service that stops at the entrance gate. You will find a folder in the chalet with lots of information and ideas of where to go and what to see in Norfolk, so much that just one visit is never enough.
