Saunton Norboro is a luxurious, pet-friendly home with breathtaking views of Saunton Golf Course and Braunton Burrows. This spacious property is ideal for families or golfing groups, easy access to beaches, golf course and village amenities. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Rangemaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine. A utility room offers a washer-dryer, WC and a walk-in shower. The dining area features a large table for eight and a smaller table in the kitchen. The entrance hall provides ample storage. The main living room has two three-seater sofas and a TV (Netflix). A second living room serves as a reading nook or playroom, also featuring a TV, books, board games and toys. Both rooms offer stunning views of the burrows and golf course. Upstairs, all bedrooms are accessible via stairs and retractable stair gate. Bedroom 1 has a Super King-size bed and beautiful views. Bedroom 2 features a King-size bed with similar views. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a hand basin, and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 also has two single beds and garden views. Hairdryers and bath towels are provided, with a travel cot and high chair available on request. There are four bathrooms: Family bathroom with a freestanding bath, rain shower, WC, and hand basin; an en-suite shower room in Bedroom 3; another shower room with a WC and a ground floor WC with a shower. The outdoor space includes a large driveway, a raised lawn and two seating areas. The front garden has picnic benches and a patio overlooking the golf course and burrows, while the enclosed courtyard offers seating for eight. Parking is available for 6 cars. Saunton Norboro is a 15-minute walk to Saunton Beach, with a nearby car park for convenience. Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough beaches are also close.
