In 2018 we opened our first chalet to our guests Having enjoyed self-catering holidays, we wanted to give our guests the comfort that we would look for ourselves in self-catering accommodation Our success in achieving this has resulted in being approached by other chalet owners to manage their chalets which we treat as if they were our own: always with the guest's comfort and privacy in mind. We have 21 properties in our portfolio. The privacy of our guests is paramount to us. In the villages of Scratby (6 miles from the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth), this exclusive chalet is the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads with many cycling and dog walking trails and the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast. A clean, unspoiled sandy beach awaits you within a five-minute walk and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again. From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish. A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motorboat or take advantage of the excursion boats.. Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures.
