Just a 10 minute drive from St Andrews, Kingbarns is home to an award winning beach, and of course the number 1 golf course in Scotland is just a pitch away! Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway, a family beach holiday or a pitstop from the Fife Coastal Path, this contemporary bungalow is perfect for you. Kingsbarns' central location is perfect for day trips into surrounding East Neuk villages including Crail, Pittenweem, St Monans and Elie, which are a must see!

Kingsbarns is a beautiful typical Fife village situated in the East Neuk between St Andrews and Crail, and radiates a peaceful lifestyle - ideal for walkers, golfers, swimmers, surfers and families. The village has many local amenities and a warm and welcoming community! Although Kingsbarns is a small and walkable village, there is a regular and reliable bus service (95) into St Andrews and neighbouring East Neuk villages every hour from early until late, and readily available taxis for those staying out after dark!
