The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom and a shower room, along with a hairdryer. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, storage and sun loungers, and designated parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.7 miles and the beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sea Holly offers a delight abode for a Cornish getaway. Note: This is an adult-only home. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Note: The owner lives next door. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
Sea Holly - The annex is adjoining a full time residential property and linked to the main house by a locked internal door which is located in the annex hall way near the bathroom and main bedroom.
