Property information

Location, Location, Location - The views from Number 7 Ellington Court are simply fabulous. The apartment is modern, newly refurbished and spacious. A secure allocated off road parking space comes with the apartment and you can walk to the beach and promenade in 5 minutes.

Neighbourhood information

St Luke's is a a highly desirable neighbourhood of up market apartments, well preserved villas and the occasional small hotel. It is a hilly area and it is an easy seven minute walk down to the seafront. Close by is the Abbey Sands Development with a whole range of cafes, bars and restaurants by the beach and promenade.
