Property information

Sea View is a bright and airy first-floor apartment in a prime location, with breathtaking views overlooking the beach and River Teign estuary. Steps at the rear lead to the entrance, which leads you into the hall area with the bathroom to the left. Off the hall area, there is a double en suite bedroom- which includes bedside tables and a wardrobe. The en suite has a bath (with a separate shower unit), a WC and a wash basin with a shaver socket. The second bedroom is a twin room. The comfortable and spacious lounge has a sofa, a TV, occasional furniture and a feature fireplace. There is also a dining table and chairs. Both bedrooms and the lounge benefit from beautiful views of the Beach

Neighbourhood information

Shaldon has several pubs, cafes and small independent shops. The passenger ferry to Teignmouth operates from the beach in front of Seaview. It is a great location to relax and explore the local area. Children love the beach. There are many events in the Teignmouth calendar to enjoy such as the Teignmouth Regatta and Summer Carnival and Teignmouth Air Show.
