Our holiday home is ideally located on the Kent Coast situated between Whitstable and Herne Bay. It is of a modern design throughout with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living/kitchen area as well as ample outside south facing decking area to enjoy.

The first time we came to Whitstable, we fell in love! Having a holiday home in such a great location, with such beautiful views almost on your doorstep was so important to us. We are keen cyclists so taking a ride in the sunshine on a summers day or wrapping up warm for a blustery winters walk is great! With fabulous restaurants, bars and places of interest all very near, Coastgaurd 45 ticks all boxes. We hope you love staying as much as we do, Jen x

Seaview holiday park is situated on the Kent coast which can be accessed via the coastal path which is 3mins walk from the property. It is set between Whitstable and Herne Bay- (approx. 5km/10mins drive to each). You can take a leisurely walk or a bus into Whitstable where you will be greeted with a multitude of restaurants, pubs, a buzzy atmosphere and many shops. Alternatively, you can head towards Herne Bay where you can enjoy a traditional seaside town with its pier and beach. You can also explore a little further afield with the surrounding towns such as Canterbury and Faversham.
