The balcony has retractable glass so it can be opened up and enjoyed all year round, the first floor elevation of this home guarantees you have the best views for as far as the eye can see. The two reclining chairs give you a comfortable spot where you can sit back and take in the sights in front of you as you soak up the sun. There is 1 car parking space at the rear of the apartment block. On street parking in this lovely residential area is free, please note the parking arrangements are on a first come first serve basis. The two double bedrooms each give a feeling of calm. The bright and spacious rooms are bathed with natural light, as the day draws to a close the plush premium bed linen shall ensure you can turn in for the night and be guaranteed a restful night's sleep.
