Welcome to your en-suite guest room with private entrance, patio and garden within the New Forest National Park. We are in a stunning location surrounded by outstanding natural heathland beauty, ponies, donkeys and more. Features include: king-size medium firm bed, underfloor heating, sliding door to en-suite, rain and regular showers (no tub) luxury toiletries, microwave, silent mini-fridge, kettle, toaster (no cooker) crockery, condiments, tea, coffee, biscuits, and complimentary drinks. Hangers and storage space (no wardrobe). Ask us if you’d like any milk or special type of milk. Step outside onto the patio garden for al-fresco dining, BBQ, sun loungers and parasol for ultimate relaxation. If you need anything just message us - we live above in the house. NOTE: - access to the garden room is by the side of the house. Shallow steps may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. (A kind note: part of the fee guests pay goes to Booking dot com who charge us as hosts - not a small amount. The location is rural .. however 'The Potting Shed Cafe' and Hyde farm shop are a 4 minute walk. Three local pubs are a walk away serving great food. Fordingbridge is 2 miles away where there's a riverside pub restaurant, an Indian, a Chinese takeaway a Co-op, a mini Tesco, a tea room on the river, some shops, hairdressers and a local museum. The New Forest Water Park is 5 minutes away and Go-Ape is not that far. Salisbury with its Cathedral and nearby Stonehenge are a 25 minute drive .. plus various beautiful beaches in the Bournemouth area, just a 25 minute drive away!
