Its proximity to major hubs is a significant advantage, being within a 5-mile radius of JLR, HS2, NEC, Birmingham Airport, Solihull town centre, and Resort World.
The interior features a bright and spacious lounge with dual-aspect windows, a fully-equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms. A spacious family bathroom and a generous garden for outdoor relaxation complete the living space. Off-road parking with a driveway providing space for two cars is also available.
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the garden and off-road parking, ensuring privacy and freedom throughout their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided, and assistance will be readily available for any questions that may arise.
