Company information

I am businessman running two businesses, furniture dealing and property rentals. I like to run both as I would like to receive them, if I were to buy a piece of furniture or stay in any property I would like it to be good and fit for purpose. Five things I couldn’t live without my family, good health, good food, having good times as well as bad times and a few toys! As a guest I would like to have cleanliness as my top priority and the attention to small details in place to make my stay enjoyable as for being a host I would like to think I offer what I would like to receive but time has to tell that one as this is a new venture for me. My style of travelling depends very much on what the final goal is, for instance I have exhibited in London and used Airbnb with just one bed in a shared house or to wanting a different, palatial mansion for me and my family to enjoy some good quality time in.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in the only residential property on the small road Dove Street, located just 30 metres from Suffolk New College and close to the Regent Theatre 3 minutes away and Ipswich Waterfront. Neptune Marina is approximately 5-minute walk away. Christchurch Park and the beautiful Christchurch Mansion is just a short walk away. This beautiful Tudor mansion is open to the public all year long (no entrance charge) and often holds exhibitions and outdoor summer concerts. A personal fitness trainer/fitness centre can also be found close by and there is a well-stocked convenience shop around the corner with a good selection of fresh produce. The nearby Dove Public House serves home-cooked food and traditional ales. Some of these ales are produced in their own microbrewery. Multi-faceted in culture, community, architecture and building uses. To the north of the apartment by 10 meters, there are main bus routes but all things of interest in the town are within walking distance. There is free parking out front of the property or pay as you use car park 20 metres away or a pay as you go electric roller shutter garage at the side of the property
