Salford Quays shopping is a 10 minute walk away and features supermarkets (Sainsbury's/Lidl/Tesco) for all your needs as well as a row of other shops on the same road. There is a Metrolink tram stop on the road called Langworthy. Manchester’s metrolink is one of the most efficient and expansive services in the country. The metrolink has direct links to Manchester City Centre within minutes! Also there is the convenience of bus routes nearby that connect to all parts of the City with ease. There is easy access to the M60/M62 (a 1 minute drive away just at the end of the road) A great motorway that is great for commuters and travelling family visitors.
