The property in a calm and safe residential area of Shenley Church End. There is a local centre located only 10 minutes walk away which has a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, gym, Chinese restaurant, Subway, Fish and Chips shop, and a pub. There is also easy access to Milton Keynes City Centre (only 6 mins drive away) as well as to the M1 and A421. Car - easy access to M1, A421, and Milton Keynes city centre. Driveway parking for up to two vehicles is available. Additional street parking is also available around the house which is free of charge and unrestricted. Bus - there is a bus stop located 6 mins walk away. There is a service which runs every 15 mins and can take you to Milton Keynes city centre. We recommend looking on the Arriva website for full information on their bus routes. Taxi - we recommend using Speedline or Skyline taxi. Uber also operates in the area. Electric Scooter Hire - there are various electric scooters dotted around the area available to hire via an app
