The property is a newly built house with a very high standard of craftmanship. This luxurious property is affordable and yet it is located nearby Winchester City Centre and is probably the closest short stay property available to the start/end of the South Downs Way. It is ideal for business people, families, professionals, relocators, tourists and South Downs Way visitors to take in some relaxation and quiet time in the area or as a base for your adventure or holiday.
With all mod-cons, this property really does allow you to feel right at home.
Due to our close proximity to the City and South Downs Way, we do get booked up early, so make sure you book in advance to secure your stay.

This luxury property has loads to offer and is just a few minutes walk to the official start/end of the South Downs Way. Accessible on foot to Winchester City Centre and is nearby to the Hospital and University. Southampton is just a 22 minute drive, and heading just a little further you can enjoy all that Portsmouth has to offer. We recommend a visit to the Historic Dockyard.
Sky View has facilities for professionals, relocators, tourists and contractual or executive personnel.
Dedicated off street parking for 1 car for free.

Brand new open plan kitchen/diner comprising breakfast bar, coffee machine, oven, built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the culinary utensils for you to prepare your meals. Large six seater oak dining table with attractive views.
Outside patio (rear elevation) with an amazing view of the Downs and ample room for keeping mountain bikes out of view (we do of course recommend locking bikes if stored anywhere outside and ask that no bikes are brought inside).
