A comfortable fully furnished 3 bedroomed house with a double driveway for parking, and a large back garden. 3 bedrooms offer 2 double beds and one single. The living room has 2 large sofas (the size of 3 seaters), flat screen TV, coffee tables and a lamp. The dining room has a table and 4 chairs but there is a 5th chair in the large storage cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen is full equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven,, gas hob and dishwasher, plus all necessary extras such as cups, wine glasses, kids cups, platers, cutlery, pans etc. The bathroom has a great shower, and the 3 bedrooms have fresh bedding and towels provided for each guest.

Local information on whats in the area: Within a few minutes walking distance from the house are some beautiful locks on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal. There is a local convenience store 8 minutes away on Latimer Street, there is also a Sandwich Shop next door to this (L5 2RF). There is a very popular Chinese Restaurant, the Tai Pan just 7 minutes walk away, with a great Chinese Supermarket underneath (L5 9TZ) and also within walking distance is the beautiful Titanic Hotel, on Stanley Dock, Regent Road which has a fabulous bar & restaurant, and is often the location for large events. A couple of local genuine 'Scouse boozers' within walking distance, in the direction of walking into the city centre are the Castle Pub (L5 8YR), and further along, The Glasshouse (L3 6BR) and then The Eagle Pub (L3 6EP), which is on the same road as the new Blackstock Market, a great new Food, Drink & Entertainment venue (L3 6ER). A local chip shop, Jimmys is along the same road as these pubs, and nearby this is a small retail estate with a Costcutter convenience store which sells groceries & alcohol has a Post Office within it. There is a large retail park 4 minute drive or a 12 minute walk away, which has a McDonalds, KFC, Costa Coffee, Greggs, Sainsburys/Argos, Subway, a Fish & Chip Shop and across the road from this is a huge B&M, a huge Home Bargains, and a Pure Gym. Activities within the local area, again in walking distance is Awesome Walls (L5 9TN) and The Climbing Hangar (L20 8PD) The nearest train station, Sandhills is a 12 minute walk. The house is also very close to the new Everton Football Club Bramley Moore Dock Stadium.
