Come and relax in a self contained guest suite in our modern house situated in a tranquil village. Private parking, entrance and garden. Working or visiting, this is a perfect, cost effective base, with discounts for longer stays. 10 minutes to the cathedral quarter and Lincolnshire show ground, 30 minutes to the Lincolnshire Wolds and 50 minutes to the coast. There is a basic kitchenette with microwave and fridge, or visit the village pub or other nearby pubs, restaurants and cafes.

I am an active and outgoing person. I love to meet people and enjoy hosting, although I respect people’s privacy and keep out of the way unless I am needed. I love to travel and visit many places. My hobbies include horse riding, skiing, sailing and walking. I run a small livery yard and seem to spend most of my life outdoors. I love living in Scothern as I enjoy village life but all the amenities of Lincoln are on the doorstep. I tend to leave guests alone during their stay but I am always on hand if you have any questions. I communicate through air bnb messaging, text and telephone.

Scothern is a small, peaceful village 4 miles north of Lincoln. There is a pub and a garden centre within the village. The property is in a very quiet location on the edge of the village, adjacent to fields. Having your own car is helpful but there is a bookable bus service which offers routes into lincoln and a couple of local taxi firms.
