My flat has now been totally refurbished in 2022. This is my personal flat and I live with my partner when Air Bnb guests wish to stay. The flat will be sanitised before a guest arrives. Longer term lets and will reduced the price by 20% for stays of 30 days plus. Minimum stay is 5 days under most circumstances but contact me if you want shorter.

I am Jon (a widow) and I enjoy swimming golf cycling and holidays. I currently have a partner who is also a widow and I am happy to stay with her any time you would like to stay in my home. It is my wish to help you with anything you need to make your stay pleasurable and I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do. I want to travel the world over the next ten years and letting out my flat will help me to see other places. I am also interested in home swaps. If I am not away on holiday; I will be within 3 miles of the property and there will always be a member of my family to help.

Elstree is a very safe area with local shops, parks, cinema, swimming pool and gymnasiums ALL within a ten minute walk. For the children; there is soft play and the UK's first mega jump trampolining centre in the vicinity. Harry Potter Studios is a 20 minute UBER ride away and Elstree Studios is a ten minute walk The main line station (less than 4 minutes walk away) is 23 minutes from St Pancras Station in Central London on Thames Link line. There is private parking on the estate if you come by car and you will need a permit (which I will supply) in your windscreen between 2 and 3 pm each weekday. This is to stop commuters using our estate because we are so near the station.
