This is an immaculately presented first floor flat with private entrance, free parking and WiFi.
The Space
Two bedrooms consisting of one King Size (which can be split into singles ) Double bed. Double sofa bed made up on request.
The kitchen is newly fitted with all modern equipment.
The bathroom has a river shower over the bath
The lounge has a 55’ smart TV plus a dining table to seat 4.
Ruddington is a vibrant village close to Nottingham with great pubs, shops and restaurants
