The house is relatively new, the garden has been designed to have a patio and seating area to relax in comfort after a long day. We have table football to unwind and have fun with family or colleagues. We provide all linen and towels as well as home comforts like tea & Coffee (machine with pods). The house has been fully decorated and new flooring to ensure a comfy stay. The house is in a great area and located in a cul-de-sac with ample parking. A real home away from home. Games and books provided for relaxing and having fun.
We are Oscar & Jess, we have two dogs, love walking and red wine. Travelling is super important to us. We love meeting and talking to new people and Property is our passion, it's important to us that our guests have a great experience and want to come back.
The neighborhood is family friendly and pretty quiet, the house is located next to the county park (5 minute walk), there is a local Sainsburys down the road and several pubs in walking distance. There are two gyms and 3 large supermarkets 5 minutes drive from the house. The estate is pretty new 6 years old and still building (further up the estate). You can catch the bus 3 minute walk from the house into the town Centre (15 minutes). Gedling is located perfectly for M1 (3 junctions all within 25 minute drive), Hospitals, Football Grounds, cricket Ground and Watersports Centre all within 20 minutes drive. Entertainment there are Cinemas, Bowling Alleys, Crazy Golf, Theatres, Concert Hall and the Motorpoint arena all close by.
