We hope you have a fantastic stay at our beautiful Victorian villa, built in 1899. You'll have the entire property to yourself, and off road parking which accommodates 2 cars. Only two minutes walk from Bury St Edmunds railway station, the property is within walking distance of the historic town centre, Abbey Gardens, and medieval grid.
The property has only recently undergone a full refurbishment and redecoration throughout, and is luxurious and roomy, with a private rear garden.
Stylishly furnished, there is a large and well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. Facilities include oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (we include some pods for you and fellow guests). The dining area has a large Neptune oak dining table and 6 comfortable chairs, as well as a large bookcase with a choice of books available for guests.
There is a cosy lounge with 50" Smart TV (allowing easy sign in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts, BBC IPlayer etc), as well as super fast broadband / Wi-Fi for your convenience.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, as well as a large Victorian style family bathroom comprising roll top bath, pedestal sink, and separate shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. The master suite has a lovely king size bed with a luxury mattress and choice of soft/hard pillows. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is plenty of storage space and the master also has a freeview TV.
Off the dining area there is a doorway leading down to a bright and airy converted cellar which is our cinema room. There is a new 55” smart TV and corner sofa which converts to a double sofa bed, giving a third bedroom if required.
Outside you have off road parking at the front of the property which can accommodate two cars, and a secure rear garden with patio/terrace area.
The property is fully equipped with everything you need and suitable for both longer stays or weekend breaks.
