A modern, 5-bed semi-detached home, located within Belmont at the entrance to a tranquil cul-de-sac. The house is a 30-minute walk to Durham city center with a supermarket and other amenities nearby. Our place is your perfect stay: beautiful walks are a stone's throw away, the comfy beds are sure to please, while the house also benefits from a cozy sitting area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. There is also ample off-street parking.
