“Elmslie” is a family friendly 2 bed bungalow at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac in the London home counties market town of Epson. A short 5-7 min walk to the center of town and the train station with high speed links to central London door to door in 30 mins.
By arriving at the property, you can also find plenty parking space off street for 2 standard cars. After entering this single level home, you can find the spacious spaces of open-plan living and dining area that features a convertible double sofa bed (that can sleep 2), a confortable sofa chair, a 55" large TV, coffee and dining tables.
The master bedroom features a supremely comfortable king-size bed, quality linens, towels, plenty of storage. The other bedroom features similar amenities but it has 1 smaller double bed and 1 single bed.
The full size fully equipped kitchen has an oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, washing machine and electric kettle along with high quality cookware and everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.
The well-equipped and tiled main bathroom provides a bath/shower, sink and WC whilst there is an additional separate toilet.

- There is a Marks & Spencer open late just out the back gate of the property less than 1 minutes’ walk which stocks all basics and a big range of ready meals.
- Waitrose Supermarket is the next closest a 5-to-7-minute walk situated in the in the Ashley center.
- The local Boots Pharmacy and a Boots NHS Clinic can also be found at the Ashley Center with High Street access.

- The Haywain a Brewers Fayre pub and family restaurant is located 2mins walk just out the back gate short cut on Dorking road and is great for family meals and has a meal deal evey day!
- Epsom town center a 5 to 7 min walk away has a number of cafes and restaurants not to mention many fast food and home delivery options.
