A lovely period property which houses four luxury apartments, 2 two double bed apartments and 2 one bedroom apartments: Apartments are used exclusively for holiday let’s and are available to book individually. Each apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and each has high ceilings and period features. The Garden Apartment has exclusive use of the large back garden with outdoor seating and a bbq. The Spacious Ground Floor Apartment has 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with ample storage, a bathroom with shower over the bath and a living room with a flat screen TV and dining table in the large, sunny bay window. The property is only a short walk, through the adjacent park, along the picturesque river to Keswick town center (approx 10 min). The Pheasant Pub is just around the corner, serving delicious food and offering a cosy atmosphere with its log fire and traditional decor. There is free WiFi and free parking, which is to the rear of the property. This is off road and you will have a dedicated space.
Keswick Holiday Let has been established since 2015.
Situated in the North of the Lake District National Park Keswick is the ideal base for a Lakeland holiday. The town is well served with pubs, restaurants and cafes. It is also a great place to spend an afternoon shopping, being particularly well served by outdoor equipment shops The Beautiful scenery is world famous for sightseeing and fell walking.
