Spacious one bed ground floor apartment with additional large sofa bed within lounge area to accommodate 3rd adult or child. Good size kitchen fully equipped with built in oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and pans. Large shower room with walk in shower. Lovely double bedroom with built in wardrobe and drawers. WiFi throughout. Good available street parking. Super apartment to accommodate professionals working in the area or a family/friends unit visiting.

Neighbourhood information

Located on quiet residential street just a few mins drive from City Centre. Or 15 min walk. Bus service very good into the city also. Close to A63/Clive Sullivan Way, The Deep Aquarium, City Old Town, Siemans Facility, Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceutical, Hull Docks. Close to Asda Supermarket, Lidl supermarket, Mc Donalds and KFC. Humber Street Restaurants and Bars ( 5 mins away) for great evening entertainment.
