The location of the property is ideal for a bucket and spade holiday.The parking space was very useful. The internal layout out of the flat along with the 2 bedrooms being a way apart means you get some privacy.

The apartment is located on Park Avenue, which runs off the sea front, arguably Whitley Bay’s finest street ! … the sea view is enjoyed from the front windows, and Park View is a minutes walk away offering a super range of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a Coop store over the road, for all those essentials!… This property could really not be in a better position in Whitley Bay…
