Relax on the cosy two-seater sofa, share a meal at the dining table for two, or enjoy a film on the TV. 2 Modern kitchens which both feature sleek cabinetry and integrated appliances, including a full-size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, and boiling tap. All the essentials including crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware are neatly provided. Each apartment has a spacious double bedroom furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, and blinds. Fresh linen, towels, and a hairdryer are supplied for your convenience. The stylish bathroom includes a shower over bath, floor-to-ceiling tiling, sink, WC, and a large mirrored cabinet with storage for toiletries. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please note: pets are not permitted, and there is no on-site parking. The nearest paid parking is available at Shambles Q-Park on Garden Place or Foss Bank Car Park, both just a few minutes’ walk away.
