Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due.
2 well-behaved dogs welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee.

Spring Barn is just outside the village of Great Rollright, home to the Rollright Stones, a neolithic and bronze age site, which spans 2000 years. The long-distance walk the d’Arcy Dalton Way passes close by and Hook Norton, known for its excellent brewery and three pubs is just 2.5 miles away. Chipping Norton, or ‘chippy’ as it’s known locally, and Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm Shop are 4 miles and 6 miles respectively. Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Woodstock are all within 15 miles.
