The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, DVD player and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite shower room, one of which can be found on the ground floor, and a twin with en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
