Set in peaceful gardens in London’s Limehouse area, The Royal Foundation of St Katharine is just a 2-minute walk from Limehouse DLR Station.The centre offers free WiFi. On-site parking is available and mannaged by YourParkingSpace company. The bright and airy bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and facilities for making tea coffee. All rooms feature a work desk, and some overlook the leafy grounds. Traditional continental breakfasts are served daily in the spacious dining room. Breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, croissants and a selection of European meats and cheeses. There is a cafe that is open during the daytime. The Royal Foundation of St Katharine was set up by Queen Matilda in 1147, and is one of the oldest charitable foundations in Great Britain. Canary Wharf is a mile away, and Tower Hill is within a 25-minute walk. Please note that due to the peaceful environment of the hotel, TVs are not available in the rooms.
