St Lawrence is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located just a 10/15 minute drive from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short drive away. The spacious rooms inside make this property a perfect base for those visiting Durham. Internally, the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. The property begins with an entrance hall leading the ground floor which includes a kitchen and livingroom/diningroom with patio doors leading into the garden. To the first floor is a bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms a double and a twin. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a double bed. To the front of the property is a small driveway which one car can park on. There is also on street parking for any additional cars. Please note pets are not allowed to stay at this accommodation.
