St Martin’s House is an immaculately presented and spacious detached townhouse. It has the benefit of a parking space in a garage and a second on the driveway. The house is just a short drive to Goodwood but is also helpfully located in a quiet street in the heart of Chichester with an abundance of restaurants and shops a short stroll from the front door. This is a stunning and spacious home.
I've been hosting on Airbnb for several years now and love nothing more than to welcome guests to my beautiful properties. Chichester is such a great city and it is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside and beaches. Its an area I love and know you will too! I'm always very happy to meet new people and help to make your stay as special as possible.

St Martin’s Square is a quiet side street located in the very centre of Chichester. A short stroll will lead guests to an array of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The cathedral is a 5 minute walk away, and festival theatre also a short distance to walk.
Guests will have space to park 2 cars. One inside a garage and the other directly in front of the garage. (Please note, access should always be clear to my neighbouring property “The Clock House” which is accessed beside the driveway)
