St Pauls Terrace is a spacious, modern, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated in Beamish, a short distance to Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. On entry is the lounge area with a TV, two sofas and a coffee table. Next to the main lounge area is a separate snug area which has a sofa and can be turned into a sofa bed upon request (at an additional cost) . The open plan kitchen and dining area follows and includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a clothes airer and a six - seater dining table. Upstairs are two super king bedrooms which can be turned into two twin rooms if required and two single bedrooms with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. There is a bathroom both downstairs and upstairs and each has a bath and the upstairs bathroom includes an over the bath shower. Please note parking for St Pauls Terrace is on street parking. Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this property with an additional charge per pet for the duration of your stay.
