Easy going country lover. I love exploring Dartmoor and enjoy lazy days on our fabulous beaches and generally being outdoors. The area around here has everything you might need for a break away or longer holiday stay. I have carefully created and constructed my accommodation to offer a relaxing stay for all my guests. The accommodation is warm and snug in the winter and bright and airy in the summer. I have an extensive knowledge of the area and will happily give you any advice.

On a quiet lane off the A38 outside South Brent village. Close to Dartmoor and the beaches. Midway to Exeter and Plymouth and a stop to Cornwall. Views from the grounds overlooking Dartmoor are exceptional. The House is spacious , with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. From fresh bedding and soft towels, to ground coffee ,tea and milk, LogBurner with plentiful wood. central heating and wifi. Park outside and enjoy access to Devon from this perfect location.

We are easily accessed from the A 38 and situated midway between Exeter and Plymouth. 1 mile nearby is the charming moorland village of South Brent with all the facilities you would expect from a working village . Dartmoor is just acros the valley and good views of it are available from the fields at the property. The fantastic beaches of south Devon are a short drive away as are the interesting towns of Totnes and Dartmouth. The main line railway station is at Totnes , only 5 miles away. Dartmoor is only 10 minutes drive away. the beaches are 15 minutes drive.
