Our 1 bed residential property has been recently refurbished, new stylish bathroom, new flooring throughout. The property is a 10 min walk to Stamfords lovely historic centre with lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby we also have the magnificent Burghley House and gardens, Stamford Arts centre, The George and Rutland water is only a short drive away.
The property has a double bedroom with a double bed and a small double sofa bed in the lounge, fully fitted kitchen and free parking
Hi, I will be available to contact should any issues arise, otherwise I will leave you to enjoy your break.
Residential area with 2 supermarkets approx a 5 min walk away. There is a park 50yards away for young children, The leisure centre is less than a 5 min walk away with a good sized pool and a slide.
