Studio16 is a modern and comfortable studio flat for 1-2 people situated in BS16 for both short and long stays. -Off-road parking on driveway with gates -Close proximity to M32, M4, M5 & Severn Bridge -Contactless check in through private entrance -Metro bus link to Bristol City Centre -Close proximity to UWE, MoD, Air Bus, GKN Aerospace etc Studio16 is in the highly sought after area of BS16 which benefits from a private entrance with easy safe key access. The recently renovated studio has a kitchenette with mini oven, induction dual hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all utensils. A small double ottoman bed with memory foam topper, wardrobe for extra storage, sofa, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime access, dining area and a washing machine to accommodate if you are here for a long stay! The en-suite bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower cubicle. There is also private off road parking on the gated driveway.
The neighbourhood is close to local amenities including Spar, McColls, Post Office, Pharmacy and two local takeaway shops. There are also great transport links available to the M32, M4 & M5 leading you to the City Centre and Temple Meads using the Metro Bus. Studio16 is a 5 minute walk to the popular Snuff Mills & a 5 minute walk to Stoke Park.
