Studio in the Lanes has been carefully crafted to offer guests the chance to stay in a modern & comfortable apartment in the heart of the city centre. Surrounded by an abundance of quality shops, wonderful restaurants, bars & cafes, all within walking distance. Seafront located at the end of East St only 2 minutes stroll. Suitable for Business Travellers, Solo Adventurers,and Couples .
Renovated in 2021 including a brand new Kitchen/Shower Room. Stay in the heart of Brighton
The space
Main front door leading to communal stairs taking you up to the apartment on the 1st floor.
Entrance to the Studio apartment, shower room directly to your right with brand new suite with shower cubicle, w.c & basin.
Straight ahead from the entrance leads directly into the bright & welcoming studio with a brand new comfortable double bed. Decorated to a high standard with modern accessories to include table with seating for two, chair & a flat screen TV and WIFI.
Kitchen - Well equipped brand new kitchen with fridge, small induction hob with two rings, extractor fan, microwave & kettle.
Not suitable for infants under 2 years old
