This luxury boutique Victorian terrace 4 storey Town House in Cromer has an amazing location in town centre and just 2 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket. It has recently been fully renovated and is beautifully furnished with lovely furnitures, state of the art kitchen and amazing decking in the back garden with a brand new hot tub. Please note there is an additional fee for use of hot tub. This house is in a residential area and need to respect our neighbours with no loud nuisance. We simply love this place as it is very cosy and offers a broad range of activities for everyone to have a wonderful time here in the winter or summer. We offer meetings in person but also offer guests to check in without meeting us in person by using the key in the keybox. During their stay we are available at all times for any issues/questions.

The house is situated within walking distance to the town centre in Cromer with many lovely restaurants and pubs. The best fish and chips Cromer nr1 is within 2 minutes walk from the house. The beach is across the road. There are so many lovely walks you can do from the house all the way to Overstrand whilst enjoying the stunning views of Cromer. There is a bus stop just next to the house taking you to various lovely places such as Sheringham, Holt, Norwich. The main bus station is 2 minutes walk from the house. There are a few parking areas nearby the house and as mentioned there is private parking for 2 cars in the back of the house.
