This GORGEOUS basement apartment is set in a Grade II listed building that has been NEWLY renovated throughout. The property is SAFE, well proportioned and airy and features a large private terrace perfect for dining out or barbecues in summer months. Other features include beautiful feature fireplace, very high ceiling and underfloor heating in the kitchen. St Margaret’s Terrace is situated in the heart of Cheltenham town centre, Montpellier is less than 10 minutes walk whilst Brewery Quarter with many bars, restaurants and shops is just a stroll down the road. Offered fully furnished & equipped. Free parking is available at rear of the building in our private car park, parking permit will need to be displayed (we will supply one when you check in). Please note that parking is unallocated and available on a first come first serve basis. There are always usually spaces available but at busy times there might not be. There is a paid Euro car park just behind the building and you can park here for 12 GBP per day if our car park was full.

Fantastic location with High Street less than 5 minutes walk away, Montpellier approx. 10 minutes walk and Brewery Quarter with ample bars, restaurants and shops less then 2 minutes walk. Easy access to motorways and very near to Cheltenham Racecourse.
