This is a new listing. The house is perfect for families or couples. It is spacious, but also cosy. It has all the facilities and amenities, with good size rooms and off road parking. It is the perfect location to visit the attractions of North Wales
I am originally from the area and a fluent Welsh speaker. I enjoy spending time with my three children and I also enjoy cycling on the roads of Snowdonia. I enjoy meeting new people and try to ensure that I am a good host to guests visiting the apartment. I have excellent local knowledge of the area's attractions and facilities, and I am available to provide advice and support for those visiting the apartment.
The house is a new listing and is located in the marina area of Felinheli, with parking, stunning views and within easy reach of Snowdonia, Anglesey, Caernarfon, Llyn Peninsula and Conwy. It is a perfect location for those wishing to explore the area. It is also located within easy walking distance of the popular Swellies Café and La Marina Restaurant. There are also popular walkways right on your doorstep - as well as cycle routes. The house has also an enclosed courtyard and off road parking.
