This unique place has a style all its own.
A lovely Traditional and Modern cosy home with original features restored. Fitted with antique furnishings.
Semi detached house with a Garden.
Stepped access down to into the property and out to the garden area.

5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the Beach.
Door bell entry camera.

Strictly no parties or loud music. Any attempts will be shut down immediately.
There is free parking in the area.
You can park outside the house if space is available.
Upon arrival if no space directly outside you can park on the verge outside the house to unload with hazard lights on. Hastings is generally very hilly and everyone is very accommodating when it comes to unloading outside your home.
If no parking is available outside the house there is always plenty of parking directly behind the house on Broomgrove Road.
