Only a short drive from Junction 26, M6/M58 & Great central North West location! Local shops, takeaways & supermarkets nearby, less than 10 minutes from the town centre with a wide range of shops, restaurants & the train station. 3 stylish bedrooms (2 x Double and 2 x singles (can be changed to 1 x King on request), a spacious bathroom. Lounge with smart TV, 2 sofas & dining table leading to a well equipped modern kitchen. Please note: This property has stairs. The option for changing the 2 x single bed to 1 x king requires 24 hours notice. Chargeable Pet Stay option available for dogs to stay with you, on request.

Located on the outskirts of the Wigan town centre in Pemberton on a quiet road gives the advantage being close enough to the centre but not right in the hustle and bustle. A short walk away are take-aways, supermarket, convenience shops etc.. You're also within easy reach by car, bus or taxi to the to the Town Centre, Retail parks, Wigan Athletics FC, Hospital & the M6 /M58 Motorways.
