Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, recently renovated and refurbished maisonette in Broadstairs.  The accommodation is perfect for group trips, family getaways or a couples retreat. The modern accommodation offers 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite, a spacious fully equipped living space, kitchen with dining area, and a shower room.  The accommodation really has everything needed for a great stay in Broadstairs. Entrance Hall Way is a large space perfect for storing a buggy or luggage. There is a flight of stairs from this level up to the first floor, with living room and shower room with toilet. There is a second flight of stairs up to the 3 bedrooms. Living room The entire property has great modern style. The spacious living room with stylish furnishings has comfortable seating and a smart TV. The TV has streaming services, but these are unpaid so will require logging in. Kitchen Through from the living room, is the fully euipped kitchen with a washing machine, integrated oven and hob, coffee machine, large fridge-freezer and microwave. The kitchen also has a dining area with seating for up to 5 guests. For guests who need to keep on to of work matters there is a desk with seating. Bedrooms The light and airy master bedroom has a king bed and an open plan ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a free-standing bathtub – perfect for an evening soak – plus a toilet and sink. There is plenty of hanging and storage space with a hanger rail and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a cosy double bed and plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan – great to cool you down during a summer getaway. The third small bedroom is equipped with a single bed. Bathroom The recently refitted, fully tiled bathroom has a good-sized overhead/hand shower with built in seat, a modern toilet and basin. Additional Info The apartment also has free Wi-Fi, ironing equipment, airer, cot, highchair, hairdryer, toiletries and kitchen essentials.

With-in a short 2 minute walk is the beautiful sandy beach at Viking Bay, Victorian Gardens and Promenade and a fabulous variety of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Broadstairs train station is just a 10 minute walk, so really ideal if you want to leave your car at home. The high speed train stops at the station and the journey from London is only 1 hour 20 minutes. The apartment is also the ideal base for exploring the other local seaside towns of Ramsgate and Margate; both are approx a 10 minute drive or can be reached by the regular bus service or train. Further afield, Canterbury, Whitstable, Deal and Sandwich are all approx 20 - 30 minutes drive.
