This charming two-bedroom home is tucked away on a quiet side road in the sought-after Fairview area of Cheltenham, offering a delightful blend of period character and modern comfort. The ground floor features a welcoming living room with comfortable seating for four, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. At the rear of the property, a spacious kitchen-diner provides everything needed for convenient living, dining table for four, including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and fridge, kettle toaster and microwave and also a washing machine. Patio doors then open onto a sunny, south-facing patio—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks.
Upstairs, the home offers two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a king-size bed, both thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful stay. The modern bathroom includes a shower over the bath, combining style with practicality. To the rear of the property, a private and allocated parking space adds further convenience.
