Sea haven apartment is located in Penzance the perfect base to explore the beautiful coastal landscape of West Cornwall.
Lounge, dining, kitchen area - Contemporary open plan lounge with spectacular sea-views across the bay.
Fully fitted kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob and microwave. Teas, coffee and biscuits provided.
Patio door leading to the balcony with sea views. (Please note due to locality, traffic noise may be experienced whilst on the balcony).
Comfortable bedroom with king size 5ft bed, fitted wardrobes. Modern bathroom with rainfall shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail and toiletries.
Parking, access and additional information -The apartment provides allocated, private parking for 1 car. Underfloor electric heating throughout the apartment. Wi-Fi.

Hello, I'm Julie your host. I've worked in hospitality in this beautiful part of Cornwall for many years. I aim to provide my guests with all the information they need to have an enjoyable stay.
Sea Haven apartment is a 10 minute walk from the lovely Penzance Promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee lido and Geothermal pool. You can walk or catch the bus to St Michael’s Mount the iconic castle rising out of the sea. A good choice of restaurants, cafes, independent shops and galleries can be found in the Chapel Street & Causewayhead area, an easy walk from the apartment.
Penzance is a perfect base to discover the beauty of Far West Cornwall. Land’s End, St. Ives, and the Inspirational Minack theatre are nearby. Stunning beaches, enchanting gardens and the glorious coastpath allows visitors to enjoy some of the most dramatic scenery in the country.
Sea Haven apartment is located near to the train and bus station so it’s easy to have a car-free day out. Relax and enjoy the beautiful West Cornwall scenery via the open-air coaster bus, scenic train ride to St.Ives or even a day trip to the Isle of Scilly.
